1. 1Cadence is for everyone. Be honest about who you are.
2. 2Meet at busy, public spots, and tell someone where/when you're running.
3. 3Keep the Cadence community kind and a judgement-free zone.
4. 4Don't share another person's links, plans or messages outside the app.
5. 5If something feels off, use the Report function. We review every report. Safety is our #1 priority.
