To match you with runners, group runs and clubs that fit you. Match scores are worked out from your running details only. A short match description may be written by AI using those running details, never your phone number or links.
Other runners see your first name, neighborhood, pace and running details on match cards.
Your gender is used only for matching preferences and is never shown on your profile unless you choose to share it.
Your Strava and Instagram are visible only to runners you've accepted as partners.
Your phone number and email are never shown to other runners.
Who signed up for a group run stays hidden until the crew reveal, 24 hours before the run, and only runners in that run can see it. Everyone else sees only how many have joined.
Partner chats open only after you both accept. Group chats include only the runners signed up for that run. Nobody outside a chat can read it.
When you block someone, you disappear for each other across the app. Reports are private and are seen only by our safety review, never by the person reported.
Pausing hides you from matches, group run suggestions and club crews. Deleting your account removes your profile, matches, requests, chats and saved items for good.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
