Who Cadence is for

Cadence is a running community for everyone 18 and over. By creating an account you agree to these terms and confirm the details you share are honest.

You can choose who you run with — everyone, women only, or men only. Your gender is used only for matching preferences and is never shown publicly unless you choose to share it.

Your account

Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can pause your account any time in Settings, or delete it for good.

Running safely

Cadence helps you find partners, group runs and clubs, but every run is your choice. Meet at busy, public spots, tell someone where and when you're running, and run within your own limits. Cadence doesn't screen runners, organize club runs, or supervise meetups.

How to behave

Follow our Community guidelines. No harassment, pressure, hate, spam or fake profiles. Don't share another person's links, plans or messages outside the app.

Clubs and organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their club details, runs and updates. Post changes promptly so runners have the right time and meeting spot.

Reports and removal

We review every report. We may remove content, limit features, or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Our responsibility

Cadence is provided as is. We aren't liable for injuries, losses, or the conduct of other runners on or off the app, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Cadence means you accept the updated terms.
